Happy New year! Hurray! I have finally started my own blog, my friend shalimar has encouraged me to start one last year. I have always enjoyed and have been fascinated by her entries and i actually got hooked reading it. Then i discovered by accident the blog of my other friend, linnor, reading her posts is also addicting! Inspired by them and the desire to be in touch with my family and friends i have decided to create this one. so i hope you will all enjoy reading my posts as my way of sharing with you our life here in the states away from home. Since 1983 the Junior Woman's Club of Albany has sponsored the Lights of Love project at Phoebe Putney to benefit cancer patients and their families throughout Southwest Georgia).
